Little Russell Mountain

From Katahdin

There are at least two mountains nearby which are referred to by the same name. The better known is the one in Somerset County, located in the northeastern portion of Russell Pond Township, and extending into St. John Township.

This resource will be covering the other one, which is located in Piscataquis County, in the southeastern portion of Blanchard Township.

Little Russell Mountain is separated from the larger Russell Mountain by Punchbowl Pond, to the northwest. Whetstone Pond can be seen southeast of Little Russell Mountain.
